Are you open to the public?
Even though Wholesalers is a part of our name, we are open to the public! We do both retail sales for individuals and large wholesale orders for other businesses.
Are you open evenings?
We are currently not open evenings as we are open on Sundays and most statutory holidays. Please check out the top banner on our website or any of our social media platforms for our most up to date hours.
Is everything on your website in your store?
Our website allows us to show you a huge selection of what we have available to you, but not all of it is in store. Many of the items you will see online are special order that we are happy to bring in for you. Our showroom often has items on the floor that are not shown online. If you can, it is worth stopping by to see what we have in store as well as shopping our website.
If you find something on our website you are interested in, ask us about it as we may have something similar in stock or an item from the same company on the floor for you to see.
What are your normal hours?
We are open 7 days a week for your convenience. Monday to Saturday we are open 10 AM to 6 PM, and Sundays we are open 12 PM to 5 PM. We often are open on statutory holidays, check our top banner on our website or any of our social media platforms for our most up to date hours.
If I see furniture in your store I like, can I buy it or does it have to be ordered?
If it’s on our floor, you generally can take the furniture it right away! With a 16,000 square foot showroom, we have an enormous amount of stock available to take home, no waiting required.
Is the furniture on your floor the option to purchase, or can we custom order?
We have several companies that allow us to customize everything from leather furniture to dining tables and chairs. If you have a vision, we can help you make it a reality!
Do you offer financing?
We have partnered with FinanceIt to offer fantastic flexible payment options and easy applications with fast approvals. We can have an answer for you in as little as 15 minutes. There are zero dollars down options, as well as short and long term financing.
Do you offer delivery?
We have a few options for delivery depending on the size and the amount of furniture, and where it is going to. Local delivery is done by a locally owned and operated moving company that is insured and competitively priced. Many items can also be fully set up in home if requested. We can even help you ship anywhere in Canada with our extensive contacts.
Will you assemble my furniture for pick up or delivery?
We do offer options to have furniture assembled for pick up or for delivery for a nominal fee. Ask your sale associate for details in regards to the particular furniture you are choosing and what the options available are. If your furniture is being delivered by a moving company, they will often be able to assemble your furniture in home for you.
How long do orders take to arrive?
The short answer is “it depends.”
Current order timelines have thankfully gotten shorter.
Timelines are dependent on where the furniture is coming from (Canada, USA, Italy) and where their warehouses are. It also is dependent on whether the furniture is being custom made for you. Items like sofas and sectionals with custom colours or fabrics will take longer as they are not in stock in the supplier’s warehouse. Orders can take anywhere from 2 weeks to 24 weeks depending on the item. Ask our awesome team about timelines for specific items, or if you need items right away, ask them to point out what you can choose from for immediate purchase or minimal order times.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept everything from cash to etransfers. We accept most credit cards, with the exception of American Express. We will accept a cheque provided the pick up date or delivery date for your furniture allows time for your cheque to clear the bank. At this time we do not accept crypto currency.

Rather than having sales, we focus on ensuring we have great pricing all the time. Being both a retailer and a wholesaler we have tremendous buying power, and are able to pass on the savings when ordering for our larger buyers. This way, you can get what you need, when you need it and when it is convenient for you, rather than crowding in to a store on special days and getting just what is on sale. Offering our best price every day means we can focus our attention on you and assist you in getting the right item for your needs. We also do not charge for customization or ordering an item that we do not stock.
